A disturbing footage , shared on Facebook, shows a woman heartlessly discarding a dog in a residential area of Surprise, Arizona. The video quickly fueled outrage.

In the clip, a red SUV drives through a quiet cul-de-sac. As it turns around, the woman opens the back door and throws a small black-and-white dog onto the ground.

Before driving off, she coldly says “bye-bye” to the confused and betrayed animal.
