All of Wisconsin is under a cold weather advisory until 10 AM tomorrow. This is bringing bitterly cold temps with a high today in the mid-single digits. We are also seeing breezy winds of 10-15 mph, which brings our wind chills down even more to -10 to -25. With these cold temperatures, make sure you are bundled up and covering as much skin as possible, as frostbite can happen very quickly.
