Addressing the valedictory ceremony of the SKIMS Annual Festival Week in Srinagar, which also marked the commencement of the 29th Post-Graduate Research Presentation Programme (PGRP-2025), the Lieutenant Governor praised the dedication, compassion and sacrifices of doctors, nurses and healthcare workers. He also felicitated PGRP awardees, doctors, nursing staff and employees of Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS).
