In continuing to catch up on essays we published at the NYU Democracy Project while I was away, here are excerpts from two recent essays. Aziz Rana is the J. Donald Monan, S.J., University Professor of Law and Government at Boston College Law School. Aziz Z. Huq is the Frank and Bernice J. Greenberg Professor of Law at the University of Chicago Law School.
