A Massachusetts casino player could soon win about $1.6 million.

The progressive jackpot on Royal 9 Baccarat was nearing $1.6 million on Friday at Encore Boston Harbor. It’ll continue growing without a winner.

Encore Boston Harbor casino, which is located in Everett, has more than 2,700 slot machines and more than 175 table games.

Players must be 21 years or older.
