All eyes were on Kieron Walton as the Sudbury Wolves winger weaved his way around a Sarnia Sting defender and toward the net before scoring a highlight-reel goal.

A rewatch of that marker, the eventual game-winner in a 3-1 victory for the host Wolves, would leave an observer just as impressed by Walton’s skill set, but it would also reveal Jan Chovan’s vital role in giving his linemate the time and space to make such a big play.
