More details are coming out following the death of Peter Greene .

The Pulp Fiction actor was found dead in his Lower East Side apartment in New York City on Friday (December 12) during a wellness check after music was heard playing inside of his apartment for over 24 hours. He was 60-years-old.

Following news of his passing, it is being reported that police discovered Peter lying “face down” with a strange note.

“ Peter was lying on the floor, facedown, facial injury, blood everywhere…” a neighbor described the gruesome scene to New York Daily News .

The outlet also reports that a strange, handwritten note was found on the scene alongside The Mask actor’s body.
