SOUTH DAYTON, N.Y. — A Pine Valley School District teacher is facing multiple charges after allegations of sexual contact with a juvenile.

An investigation by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office determined he allegedly engaged in sexual contact with a juvenile, officials said.

The investigation began Dec. 3 after a complaint from the Pine Valley School District, regarding one of its employees, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. The Criminal Investigation Division investigated allegations against 33-year-old Robert Slisz of Hamburg, who was employed as a teacher by the district.

Investigators allege that Slisz engaged in sexual contact with a juvenile victim. He's been charged with sexual abuse, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child.
