Drake men's basketball fell short, 99-94, at home against North Dakota State on Saturday, December 13.
The Bulldogs (6-5) trailed 55-41 at halftime as the Bison were hot from behind the arc. Trevian Carson and Andy Stefonowicz were on fire all afternoon, combining for 51 points and only missing five total shots.
But Drake's offense found its groove over the final 20 minutes, winning the second half 53-44. The Bulldogs' shooters were also in rhythm, making 14-of-27 3-point attempts, and Jalen Quinn added another offensive dimension by getting to the free-throw line.
Quinn led the team with 24 points, hitting all 12 of his shots from the charity stripe. He also added six rebounds and six assists.
