UAlbany outscored Boston University 39-15 in the first and third quarters, helping the Great Danes earn a 62-46 non-conference win Saturday at Broadview Center.
UAlbany (9-2) made 9 of 16 field goals in the first quarter for a 56.3% shooting percentage and 22-8 lead. The Terriers closed the gap in the second quarter and went into halftime trailing 30-22.
