The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are still fresh off of being snubbed for a spot in the College Football Playoff this season.

Not having Notre Dame in the field brought on quite a few complaints towards the NCAA. However, nothing can be changed and the Fighting Irish opted to pass on their bowl game invite.

Marcus Freeman and company have seen the season come to an end. They also saw one of their quarterbacks enter the transfer portal.

Kenny Minchey, a former four-star quarterback from the 2023 recruiting class, decided to enter the portal. He will be looking to land in a place where he can be the starting signal caller and have a chance to show what he's capable of producing on the field.
