Peter Greene’s manager, Gregg Edwards, revealed his final phone call with the actor in the days leading up to his tragic death.
Edwards recalled speaking with the “Pulp Fiction” star on the phone Wednesday — two days before his body was found in his New York City home — telling The Post on Saturday, “He sounded okay.”
“It was just a totally normal conversation,” he added, explaining Greene shared his nerves about undergoing scheduled surgery to remove a benign tumor near his lung.
“He was a little nervous about the operation going in, but he said it wasn’t super serious,” Edwards added, explaining that the surgery was scheduled for Friday, the day Greene’s body was discovered.
Edwards explained that he also has a planned surgery and that the “Bounty Hunter” star had wished him well.
