Jayda Kanagy helped keep Mifflin County girls basketball in the lead for most of its matchup Saturday, edging out Lewisburg 50-40.

Kanagy had a team-high 18 points in the contest. Payton Weaver added 14 points, and Mackenzie Peachey chipped in 10.

Addy Shedleski and Ava Motto combined for all but four of Lewisburg’s points. Shedleski led all scorers with 19 points, and Motto finished with 17.
