A shooting at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island has left at least two people dead and eight more critically injured. The hunt for the shooter, who was "dressed in all black", is ongoing, police said. President Donald Trump said he had been "fully briefed" on the shooting, and urged people to "pray for the victims."
