Facing a Rosemount team that wiped out Grand Rapids in its home rink the night before, Hermantown scored four times in the third period to earn a 7-3 victory on Saturday at Hermantown Arena.
Kole Lendzyk put the home team up after just 34 seconds, while Beau Christy gave Hermantown a two-goal lead twice. Hermantown entered the third up 3-2 before pulling away. Noah Thurston and Mick Martalock had a goal and assist apiece. Hermantown goalie Bryce Francisco finished with 33 saves.
