Glasgow train services were disrupted today after a garden shed was spotted on the railway, adding to a weekend of travel chaos.
The unusual obstruction was reported on the line between Paisley Gilmour Street and Hillington West at around 6pm on Sunday, December 14, causing delays to services running between Glasgow Central and Ayrshire and Inverclyde.
Compounding the problems, a separate incident involving cattle on the line near Branchton, close to Greenock , also affected the same routes, leading to further delays for passengers.
