President Trump has denied any connection to Project 2025, a conservative political platform document whose author is the Heritage Foundation.

Since taking office this year, the Trump administration has initiated or completed nearly half of Project 2025’s agenda, according to a tracking project.

The environment appears to be a top priority: The administration has initiated or completed about 70% of Project 2025’s environmental agenda, or roughly two-thirds of the tracked items.

Throughout his 2024 campaign for president, Donald Trump strongly and repeatedly denied any connection to Project 2025 , the political platform document authored by the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank based in Washington, D.C.
