WEST JORDAN, Utah (ABC4) — A West Jordan man has been charged with first-degree felony aggravated assault after he allegedly restrained another man and stripped him down to his underwear while accusing him of stealing his dog.

According to charging documents, the suspect, identified as Jadon Randy Jones, 23, and several others confronted the victim during a house party on May 18, claiming the victim's friends stole his dog.

The victim told officers that he was pulled down to the ground and stripped down to his underwear during the confrontation. Jones, along with the other unidentified suspects, was reportedly being "extremely aggressive" toward the victim and allegedly punched him several times.
