Since opening in Tremont this past summer, STEAK (2179 W. 11th St., 216-331-2724) has continued to win over fans thanks to its bold décor, playful vibe and all-inclusive price structure that combines salad, steak, sauce and a side for a single fee.

Next up for parent company Hangry Brands is a location in Chagrin Falls. Jason Beudert, President, says that he has just inked a deal to take over the Burntwood Tavern property (504 E Washington St.), which closed this spring after 15 years.

“We’re honored to join the incredible restaurant and bar scene of Chagrin Falls and to add our delicious steakhouse concept to this lineup,” Beudert says.
