On May 18, 2025, Edward P. (Ed) Yee, formerly of Wheeling, died peacefully under the care of Anne Arundel Medical Center. The family wishes to thank the Anne Arundel ICU Staff for their devotion and care of him.

He entered this world on July 25, 1957, to Eddie D. and Jean T. (Wong) Yee, in Wheeling, West Virginia. He graduated from Triadelphia High School in 1975 with honors and then continued his education at WVU, where he received his Bachelor of Arts and Master’s Degree in Public Administration in 1987.

He was employed immediately after graduation by National Security Agency (NSA) serving for 38 years. He loved his job and rarely missed a workday. He was an avid fan of the Baltimore Orioles, Baltimore Ravens, and West Virginia University.
