(PINPOINT WEATHER) -- Cloudy skies are locked in this morning as temperatures start off slightly warmer than Tuesday morning. Winds are light, which will allow for some patchy fog to develop, but nothing should be too dense.

We sit in the upper 60s near Uptown and surrounding areas, with the 50s still being felt in our mountains. Look for highs to land just shy of normal for this time of year, only hitting the low 80s during the peak heating hours of the day.

We’re watching a disturbance off the Carolinas coast, which has a VERY low-end chance of becoming tropical. I don’t anticipate this system becoming organized enough to become tropical. However, we still expect the impacts to be seen in the form of intermittent rain and isolated storms heading into the second half of the work week.
