A man who assisted in the bombing of a fertility clinic in Palm Springs, Calif., last month was arrested at JFK Airport after he was located in Europe, officials said Wednesday.
The man, identified by law enforcement sources as Daniel Park, 32, of Washington State, is expected to appear in Brooklyn Federal Court on Wednesday afternoon as he makes his way back to the West Coast to face charges in the terror attack.
U.S. federal authorities arrested Park at JFK after he was brought back from Europe, sources said.
Park is accused of providing “material support” to 25-year-old Guy Bartkus, who set off a powerful explosion outside the American Reproductive Centers fertility clinic on May 17, killing himself and injuring four other people, officials said.
