The Broadway adaptation of George Clooney's 2005 movie Good Night, and Good Luck will livestream the show's penultimate performance on Saturday at 7pm EDT. It was previously announced last month that the performance will air live on CNN, CNN International, and CNN.com without requiring a cable login/password. This week it was announced that the play will also stream live on HBO Max across all subscription plans. There will also be special live coverage beginning at 6:30pm outside the Winter Garden Theatre hosted by CNN anchors Anderson Cooper and Pamela Brown. This marks the first time that a Broadway play has been broadcast live on television.
