SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A cluster of severe thunderstorms moved through the Finger Lakes and parts of Central New York Thursday evening.
While most of the storms simply contained heavy rainfall, thunder and lightning, a few contained damaging wind gusts and hail.
Here's a look at some of the damage reports that have come in so far:
Between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM Thursday there were active severe thunderstorm warnings in the same areas.
There was even a brief tornado warning for a storm in north central Schuyler County that included the Watkins Glen area.
