SCRANTON, Pa. — Preparing for a newborn requires a lot of work. It turns out that's true for kittens as well.
In preparation for a busy summer season, rescue workers at Street Cats and Dogs of Nay Aug Zoo in Scranton are getting ready for their annual kitten shower.

Street Cats and Dogs said they often adopt out more than 100 kittens per season. Cute whiskers come with costs and rescues need help coming up with scratch.
