Minico’s Kam Rutschke struck out seven across a two-hit and five-walk complete game.

Rutschke’s offense supported, especially with an eight-run fifth inning.

Minico, after two scoreless innings, plated a Cayden Fletcher RBI single in the third inning before the fifth inning offensive eruption.

The rally featured four straight hits — an RBI double from Fletcher, an RBI double from Will Cofer, an RBI triple from Dom Garza and an RBI single from Carlos Dominguez.

Jalyx Guzman, Fletcher, Cofer and Cage Mitchell led Minico with two hits.

Christian Waitley and Bo Stringer led the Hawks with a hit.
