Showers and thunderstorms are likely during the day, especially in southern New Hampshire. Some storms could be severe, with the potential for downpours, gusty winds and hail. The best chance for severe weather is between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Heavy rainfall or repeated rounds of downpours in spots could lead to localized flooding concerns. Up to 3 inches of rain will be possible in some spots before we dry out.
