Rain chances will go up starting today and through the weekend with multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms. Some could be on the stronger side.

This afternoon with the peak heating of the day we will start to see showers and thunderstorms bubble up. Not everyone will see the rain today but it could be heavy where we do. Afternoon highs will top out in the upper 80s. Some of the storms this evening could be on the stronger side with gusty winds and small hail. Tornado threat is low but never zero.

Saturday will stay off dry but more rounds of showers and storms will move through during the afternoon and evening hours. Again some could be on the stronger side with gusty winds and small hail being the main threats. Highs for Saturday will be in the lower to middle 80s.
