MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -We’re closing out the workweek on a relatively quiet note across southern Wisconsin, with skies mostly cloudy and only a slight chance for a stray sprinkle here or there in our northern viewing area. It’s not going to feel too different from the past few days, with temps holding near seasonal norms.

As we head into Saturday, a slight shift in the pattern will bring a bit more moisture into the area. That could be just enough to squeeze out some isolated light rain by the afternoon, especially across southwestern parts of the state.
