SOUTH GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Hudson Falls man shot by New York State Police in April was arraigned on weapon charges and more in Saratoga County Court on Friday. The Saratoga County District Attorney's Office said Billy Cassell III, 45, is accused of leading police on a pursuit and crashing into a South Glens Falls home on April 23.
