(TNND) — Justin Baldoni's $400 million defamation lawsuit against Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist, in addition to his $250 million lawsuit against the New York Times , was dismissed by Judge Lewis J. Liman on Monday.

Liman granted the motion for dismissal of the lawsuit, filed by Baldoni and Wayfarer Parties, alleging extortion and defamation, and other allegations. The judge did note that Baldoni and his legal team can amend the claims by June 23 if they choose to.

Baldoni is only allowed to amend the allegations that are related to interference with contracts.

According to People, Liman wrote that "The Wayfarer Parties have not alleged that Lively is responsible for any statements other than the statements in her CRD complaint, which are privileged."
