Harrison Township, PA – A 65-year-old man has been charged in connection with a fatal crash that killed an 11-year-old girl in Harrison Township last summer, after investigators determined he was driving under the influence of alcohol at the time of the collision.

The crash occurred on August 20, 2024, at approximately 7:20 p.m., near the intersection of North Canal Street and Kuntz Street. The victim, identified as Roxanne Bonnoni, was attempting to cross the road when she was struck by a red Jeep Patriot. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Allegheny County detectives from the Homicide and Collision Reconstruction Units responded and launched an investigation. The driver, Jeffrey Glowatski, remained at the scene and was observed by detectives to be showing signs of intoxication. Inve
