Dear Slate Readers,

Today marks my last Care and Feeding column. Nearly three and a half years ago, I dared to get back into journalism and joined the team. My goals were straightforward: sharpen my “pen,” practice receiving critique and criticism (from both editors and readers, hah), share some useful insights, and learn more about the kind of parent I wanted to be.
