NEW YORK (WABC) -- The Powerball prize has grown to $950 million -- the game's sixth-largest prize in its history -- after there was no jackpot winner in Wednesday's drawing.

The winning numbers in Wednesday's drawing were: 9, 12, 22, 41 and 61 and red Powerball 25.

With the growing jackpot, a winner in Saturday's drawing can between an annuitized prize of $950 million or a lump sum payment of $428.9 million before taxes.

"America has signaled loud and clear - it's ready to play for a massive Powerball jackpot," Matt Strawn, Powerball Product Group Chair and Iowa Lottery CEO, said in a press release.

Six tickets won $1 million or more in Wednesday's drawing by matching all five white balls. One of those was sold in New York.
