NEW YORK (PIX11) – The federal government is causing significant harm to New York City through its ongoing campaign to arrest migrants who appear at 26 Federal Plaza during immigration proceedings.
This is according to an amicus brief filed Tuesday by New York City Mayor Eric Adams and the city’s corporation counsel, Muriel Goode-Trufant.
The 34-page court document filed in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, details the harms caused by the federal government to the city.
