Seattle’s Freakout Festival has officially dropped its second wave of artists, and the November 6 to 9 party is shaping up to be a four-day sprint through psych, punk, garage, and a whole lot of the gloriously weird. The thirteenth edition stays true to its roots; it isn’t out here trying to book legacy acts for easy ticket sales. It’s a discovery-first festival, with a line-up that’s as risky as it is rewarding.
