Art therapy might be trending on TikTok, but BC Culture Days is proving that creativity as medicine is more than a buzzword. From September 19 to October 12, the province-wide celebration returns for its 16th year with hundreds of free and pay-what-you-can events, from improv and choral collage to tile-making and beach art. This year’s focus is on how arts, culture, and creativity can support mental health.
