Baltimore man wins $50K lottery prize and plans casino vacation getaway

BALTIMORE, MD – A Baltimore resident scratched his way to a $50,000 top prize on a $5 Game of Thrones™ scratch-off ticket, and he’s already planning to celebrate with a casino-themed vacation.

The lucky winner purchased his ticket at Harry’s Liquors, located at 3113 Greenmount Avenue, and revealed the prize right there in the store. He said he left quickly after scratching it, both to avoid drawing attention and to double-check the result since he didn’t have his glasses with him.

The man, who has played a variety of Maryland Lottery games over the years, said this marks his largest win so far. Previously, he collected a significant payout by playing the same Pick 4 number across multiple tickets.
