NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Despite some upset neighbors and several debates, a controversial rezoning passed in Tuesday night's Metro Council meeting.
Even though the Nations Neighborhood Plan passed last night, restrictions have been made to support residents.
District 20 Councilman Rollin Horton, who represents The Nations, said the plan delivers on a lot of priorities they’ve been working on for the past two years.
The Nations Neighborhood Plan would implement an urban design overlay, which would allow for increased housing density, aiming to address affordable housing issues in Nashville.
