OLD SAYBROOK, Conn. (WTNH) -- Three people were arrested Wednesday in North Kingstown and extradited to Old Saybrook, Connecticut, after over 100 dead animals were found earlier this year inside two homes.
Old Saybrook police responded to the Rhode Island Department of Corrections on the active arrest warrants from the Sept. 16, 2024, investigation on River Street.
According to the arrest warrant provided by the Connecticut Superior Court, neighbors next to the Old Saybrook home on River Street noticed that there were non-domesticated animals in the house in September 2024. Police responded on Sept. 16, 2024, to investigate the complaint.
