The incident occurred at approximately 2:00 AM on Sunday, August 17, 2025, in the area of Telegraph Street and Old Harbor Street in South Boston. Preliminary investigation indicates that the victim was walking up Telegraph Street toward Old Harbor Street when she observed the suspect following her. The suspect attempted to gain her attention by shouting before rushing toward her and pinning her against a vehicle. The suspect then restrained her arms in an effort to restrict her movement.
