FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — A North Forsyth student is facing multiple charges after deputies say he brought a gun onto campus on Thursday.

According to the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office, the gun was loaded and its serial number was "obliterated." The juvenile was charged with one felony count of possession of a weapon on school campus/property and one felony count of alteration, destruction or removal of a serial number from a firearm or possession of a firearm with serial numbers removed.
