WARRICK COUNTY, Ind. (WEVV) — A third individual is now being charged following an incident at Wednesday's Town Hall event with Indiana Lieutenant Governor Micah Beckwith in Warrick County.
As we reported, Amanda Bennett and Matthew Eike were arrested at the Town Hall event after a deputy said Bennett pushed him after being asked to leave.
In a statement released Friday, Warrick County Sheriff Mike Wilder said he believed both deputies working off-duty at the event had acted appropriately.
44News obtained the incident reports from both law enforcement officers working at the event.
One deputy's report said he was requesting charges against Kellie Moore after she struck the other deputy during the incident.
Court records show Moore is now facing a Level 6 Felony charge of Battery
