NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Members of the Women's Caucus are pushing for changes inside Nashville's Department of Emergency Communications after workers reported a toxic work environment and harassment.

Council member and Women's Caucus Chair Joy Styles shared a recording with News 2 of a conversation between Emergency Communications Director Stephen Martini and an employee.

"It was a massive failure, and we are restricting anything you participate in, and I don't want to hear so much as a peep," the recorded voice of Martini said.
