NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – The Norfolk Police Department is asking for assistance after a home invasion in the 1100 block of Midland Street. It happened on Aug. 5 around 12:20 p.m.

According to investigators, a man was captured on video going into and out of a house. They hope someone will recognize the man who, they say, was armed and left the Midland Street home with several items.

If you recognize the suspect, the department advises you to call the Norfolk Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or submit a tip using the P3Tips mobile app.
