FOUNTAIN PRAIRIE, Wis. (WFRV) - Over 80 pounds of marijuana, a large quantity of meth, and other drugs were seized after authorities uncovered an indoor marijuana grow operation in southcentral Wisconsin during a search warrant that ended with two arrests.
According to the Columbia County Sheriff's Office, on August 19, its Drug Task Force executed a search warrant a a residential property in the Town of Fountain Prairie.
Deputies say the search warrant was part of an ongoing investigation into the manufacturing and trafficking of controlled substances, specifically methamphetamine, cocaine, and MDMA.
The search reportedly uncovered an 'elaborate indoor marijuana grow' with over 70 plants in various stages of growth. Authorities also seized a large quantity of meth, psilocybin mushrooms
