LONGVIEW, Texas (KETK) - The Rylan Strong Network hosted a car, Jeep and motorcycle show at the Longview Exhibition Center on Saturday in order to raise money for childhood cancer research.

The inaugural Pines For A Cure show was held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and featured food trucks, vendors, family fun, live music and an auction, all benefiting the Rylan Strong Network.

"We need the community support. We call it a network because it's literally a network of people coming together to make a difference in the lives of families that have kids battling cancer," president of the Rylan Strong Network, Mike Pruitt said. "When Rylan was battling, we couldn't have done it by ourselves and I hope in some small part that his legacy is carrying on into the families here."
