I’ve tried some of the quirkiest afternoon teas in London - from sushi towers to Mexican treats - but this one takes the traditional three-tier offering to a whole new level. Instead of a hotel lounge or tea room , it’s all served on board a sightseeing bus.

While vintage afternoon tea buses have long been a thing in London, this experience is different. Guests are taken on a 90-minute live guided tour of the capital in a two-floor coach, complete with air conditioning and comfy seating.

The new collaboration between Evan Evans Tours and PG Tips , launched in June, lets guests ‘See London One Tea at a Time.’ The tour departs from Victoria and takes in sights including Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Cleopatra’s Needle, St Paul’s Cathedral, the London Eye and the Tower of London.
