Dok Mali Noodle Bar in South Portland has announced on social media that it will close at the end of the month .

The announcement gave no reason for the closure. The restaurant , which opened in Knightville in the old Judy Gibson space just last year, is a sister location to Thai restaurant Dok Mali on India Street in Portland. It serves pan-Asian dumplings and noodles like pad Thai and japchae, as well as cocktails.

In its last week of operation, Dok Mali Noodle Bar, at 169 Ocean St., will be open for dinner only, 4-8:30 p.m. starting Monday; it’s closed on Tuesday, however.

Nonglack Thanephonesy, who owns Dok Mali Noodle Bar, could not be immediately reached for more details on the closing.
