LONGVIEW, Texas (KETK)-- Trademark Property Company announced on Monday morning that they are teaming up with Dillard's Inc. to purchase the Longview Mall.

Trademark, a "mixed-use investor, developer and operator," has partnered with Dillard's to purchase the facility. Trademark will be leading operations and leasing for the 646,000 square-foot property.
